I paid a deposit and was deceived by the office on the online rent amount and the actual rent amount!! They refused to give my deposit money when I never signed a lease!!! they are very crooked people DO NOT MOVE THERE!!!
Here is a place you really don't want to deal with. I live here right now, and besides the water issues, the roach issues, the extremely poor customer service, these folks do some very shady business dealings. I am forced to hire an attorney, I have been lied to and deceived by local management, and they are just plain nasty folks. If you do live here, pay attention to everything!!!! Don't live here and if you do, MOVE OUT!!!! – ZERO RATING: WORSE apartments in Baytown. Pot holes all over the driving area. The water is turned off at least twice a week for 12 hours, if not more. A parking permit has to be obtained EACH MONTH or your car will be towed.....$290 towing fee that the manager has NO CONTROL over refunding!
