Office staff is rude and condescending. I went to speak with them after a friend had tried 4 times to have a problem remedied...the lady kept saying " we only speak to tenants, we only speak to tenants." Odd thing to say since they spoke to me quite a bit until my friend rented an apartment. The lady then called my friend, who, after having spoken with them several times with no resolution, did find the time to tell my friend that I made them uncomfortable. I would guess this had to do with them being able to give my friend ... read more

This place is terrible they treat you like dirt and ruin your clothing and won’t take accountability for their actions don’t get me started on the mold in all the units and the gunk growing in the pipes
I have stayed here for a few years and every year it gets worse, but due to extremely high rent, I'm unable to relocate, but that won't stop me from helping someone else not make the bad decision of renting from this property. There are major discrepancies in the prices of the rent. Same unit, same apartment for a Caucasian runs cheaper compared to the prices if you're Hispanic or African American. There is also a lot of usage of Marijuana inside the apartments to the point it disturbs the non smoking renters. Also, pets are... read more
I have been living here for for 5 years now and so far the experience has been fine. Not too much issues and maintenance when called comes and fix things. Only complaints have been the steady increase of rent sadly and noisy neighbors, sometimes it takes too long to remove the really bad ones. Wish the golf part can also include a small park for walking/running and pet playground, seems to be a waste of space to have a golf camp barely use by only the few, since the lake vista is really nice.
