Everyone at Lakes is extremely caring and knowledgeable. I always know I'm in good hands. Their very kind pharmacist, Byron, takes the time to answer all of my questions, gives valuable advice, and makes working with insurance a breeze. He has helped both me and my daughter in so many ways with all of our medications, including saving us time and money. They really make you feel at home here. I am bringing all of my prescriptions to Lakes!
Byron and his team at Lakes are wonderful. He went out of his way to make sure that my daughter got the medicine she needed when the insurance company tried to balk at coverage. Worked with the doctor's office and got everything taken care of in a remarkably short time. Another reason to love living in Mundelein!

We are so grateful for this pharmacy! One of my sons developed an ear infection today, on Thanksgiving, and needed an antibiotic. Our pediatrician was open, but we thought we'd be out of luck with getting a prescription filled. I was thrilled to see this business exists just a few blocks from my home (I hadn't seen it before).
