Unique had fantastic customer service. They gave me credit for my 17 year old broken hot tub that I was able to apply on the purchase of my great new Jacuzzi. Unique disposed of the old hot tub and installed the new Jacuzzi with no problem. They are very knowledgeable on the set up and mechanics of my new unit. I highly recommend them.
