They do not stand behind the products that they sell. My Dream Maker hot tub isn't even 8 months old yet and the air valve snapped. I was told that I could trade it in for a new one; really? Now it's going to cost me a couple hundred to fix, if I can find someone.
Had a great experience working with Kevin today. He knew a lot about his spas, was personable, and gave the right amount of information and attention without being pushy. We look forward to enjoying our new spa very soon!

Wow !!!! Love our new Hot Tub. Rodney and his crew did a fantastic job removing the old hot tub and putting in the new one. We are so happy that we chose Unique Pools of Lakeland for a new hot tub. We highly recommend them and everything went so smoothly, from removing the screens in the lanai, then putting the screens back and taking the old tub. Thanks for a great job !!!!!!

Very knowledgeable. Very helpful. NOT pushy. Prices seemed quite reasonable and comparable. Now let me tell you about the health benefits I have gotten from using a hot tub. About 7 months ago I took a job as the daytime custodian at a local school. It is extremely physical (especially for a 5'2" 120lb 60yr old woman) with lots of bending and lifting, mopping, sweeping, and moving furniture. Love my hot tub! I never thought I would want a hot tub but now that I have it, wouldn't want to be without it. It is great for relaxing and even better if you have sore muscles. Rodney and staff are great to deal with and take good care of you. The hot tub set up menu is a little tricky but whenever I get stuck, they walk me through it on the phone. We are still learning how to regulate the chemicals. Whenever we get stuck, we just run by the store and bring some of the water. They test it and tell us what to do.
Excellent people to deal with!! I’ve bought a hot tub & a pool from them. They are very helpful & knowledgeable. Excellent customer service & delivery staff was awesome. They definitely have the best product @ the best price. You won’t be sorry with this company!
