If I could leave a negative star I would. Purchase the 2015 GMC terrain in March and part of the purchase agreement was for me to receive WeatherTech floor mats and a free oil change. I was advised that the weather tech floor mats might be generic not that they would be all weather mats. When I receive the mats after the purchase and the papers were signed I could’ve gotten better mats at Walmart they were cheap thin and flimsy. This site advertised a part I purchased but without me noticing it took me to parts.lovelandtoyota.com. I purchased the part and received a confirmation email. Never recieved any other communication ubntil I tried to call which the number did not work so I emailed. They replied with no source for the part and I have yet to get my requested refund. Terrible communication
I have sent probably 5 emails to various people at Lakeland Toyota. 5 times per person. I have not recieved a single response. Such customer service for someone who just purchased a $24,000 car. Lost ALL faith in Lakeland Toyota. I feel completely taken advantage of and they almost took $1600.00 from me. Dropped my teenage son’s truck off to fix the rear differential. When we picked the truck back up, it had virtually no brakes, completely put my son’s life at risk. I told them it felt like they didn’t bleed the brakes properly. I would like to recommend Lakeland Toyota. I felt like I received the royal treatment when I was purchasing my 2017 Toyota 4 Runner, on Tuesday June 20, 2017.  My salesman Joseph Johnson was a 4 Runner expert and went above and beyond to get us into the 4 Runner we wanted at a price/payment that worked for us.
