I went to check on my daughter after being told her treatment would be finished in an hr. Had the unfortunate displeasure with the other manager who was completely rude to me. She told me she was not going to give me a minute to minute update. I did not ask for a minute to minute update, all I wanted to know was the status,because my daughter needed to be restrained. This place is a joke. No one follows through with anything they're suppose to and then when you have to do their job and follow up for them, they then tell you they're not accepting new patients after having to go through with b.s. from the previous office on getting the documents they requested. Waste of time!
Never in my life have I had such a horrible experience with a doctors office or staff. My child didn't even get a chance to see the dentist because of issues with the staff!! Such a bad experience and I was given a warning before I went. Should've listened.....
I am not sure about the other people that have left reviews on this dentist office but the experience that I had there was awesome. The staff were very friendly and my son felt safe going to the back alone with out me or my husband. The dentist is very sweet to the kids as well. The only downside to this office is that it was packed and we were there for a total of an hour and 45 minutes.
This is the best childrens dental office! They made my daughter love going to the dentist! I recommend them to everyone!
This is the best pediatric dental office EVER! My son was there yesterday and had a cleaning, fluoride treatment and two teeth pulled, he was not scared at all! The staff made him feel so comfortable and right at home!! WONDERFUL!!!
