Dr Kutzner and staff were all very helpful. Dr listened and explained everything clearly for my surgery. I had a quadriceps tendon tear and surgery. Staff at the office was professional and caring. Highly recommend.
I just want to thank Dr. Farber, his nurses, and staff for taking good care of me today.
I recently visited Dr. Sohn for treatment of a broken wrist, and unfortunately, my experience with him was disappointing. Despite this being my first broken bone and an entirely new and uncomfortable process for me, Dr. Sohn was dismissive and showed little regard for my concerns. Our interaction lasted no more than five minutes, during which he spoke at me rather than engaging in meaningful dialogue. Dr. Sohn lacks empathy and is downright rude. I cannot recommend him to anyone. It’s disheartening to see such a lack of interpersonal skills in a profession as vital as his. I hope others demand higher standards in healthcare and do not accept his callous behavior. If I could rate no stars I would. I feel sorry for staff who have to work with such a pompous condescending jerk.
This place is a joke! When from yeah you have lots of legitimate issues we are going to do everything we can. Than I explained I am in serious pain which they confirmed. Now a week has gone by nurse won't let me talk to the DR and now say there's nothing we can do for you!!!! Pathetic gonna intentionally look at me suffer!!! If you have serious pain and serious issues don't come here because they're not going to help you all going to do treat you like a drug addict!!!!
