My grass has really improved over the years. I don’t see any weeds. The office staff is top notch and friendly to work with.
We had Lakeland Lawn Care service for 2 years. After each year I had to enroll in the next year's program which was fine with me since I do NOT like roll over service. This year I am using a cheaper lawn service. Lakeland Lawn Care just showed up, provided the service and left a bill in our front door. I signed up for 5 sessions every year. I contacted Lakeland ASAP to question why they had serviced my yard when I did not renew my services. I was told sorry we roll over service every year. I did like their service but they said they would come do my lawn on a Wednesday never showed never called. I emailed them and said Friday maybe Saturday. Again they didn’t show. Will be looking somewhere else.
They notify you that they are coming on one day but don't show up until 2 days later. They tell you they'll call before they arrive at your house and don't. And after you cancel your service with them, they show up 2 days later (no notification, no phone call prior, and treated the areas they weren't supposed to - so didn't look at any notes on the account) and treat your lawn. My family used them for years when when they were based in Manitowoc. Seems they may have grown too fast in DePere.
