Top notch inspection service. Great value for the level of thoroughness. Highly skilled and professional. Can't ask for more on the largest purchase of your life. Also, get the extra inspections...well worth it because it saved my septic system!

Great guy, friendly & very knowledgeable. Honest & upfront with all areas of assessments. Showed up on time & didn't take any longet than necessary. Received a very detailed report with photo images describing everything in detail. Highly recommend to all & glad to have this guy in the Lakeland area!
