Best part of my experience is Johnny and Mario, other than that I'm still waiting to be able to ride my own bike. Feeling aggravated,I don't recommend this place to anyone, that being said Brandon Harley will take good care of their customers...by far a much better place to go...
First time Harley buyer and bought a vrod night rod from this place and everyone in this place is awesome it needed front brakes done and caliper bolt froze broke off and they gave me a rental road glide which they didnt have to do. overall best customer service I've ever had keep up the good work im loving this road glide might have to buy 1
My husband and I recently had both our motorcycles serviced and we were very pleased with everything! We moved to Florida from Ohio over a year ago and are happy we chose the Lakeland dealership over other Harley Davidson dealers in the surrounding area. All the staff from service to motorclothes go out of their way to see what you need and to help. It's obvious to me they enjoy working here! Customer Service is amazing at this dealership. I highly recommend, 5 plus stars!!
