Lakeland HD sucks bought 2013 street glide said service was done, why is the oil black is coal that's the way harley is I call them a fu!!!! Liars,the wheels were black ditry,on the way home I hit bottom got got home and did my own check, found the service was not done, bike was not clean,tires had 26 lbs in them, took it back they said it was done Liers I asked how come tires had 26 lbs in them they lied again and that's service and them lien sob sale people,the air line was broken they fix and it still leaks, they wanted m... read more
Their service counter personnel are unprofessional in dealing with customer issues. It is something that needs to be addressed. This is our local Harley Dealership and as patrons we deserve better. I am hoping in time that this will happen. I have met with management and have faith in their commitment to customer satisfaction.
The staff is awesome friendly. I can't wait to move here so I can see them more often !
My husband and I had and are continuing to have a bad experience with Lakeland Harley Davidson which is why I am writing this review...LH has had our bike for going on 67 days....this is extremely disappointing and unacceptable...and it doesn't seem like they are caring at all to make it right based on some of the attitudes that we have been given! For how much we spend when we go to LHD, you would think that they would want to do right by a customer....From my interactions it doesn't seem like they care and this is wrong...... read more
