Extremely professional service and staff. Every Department and employee we dealt with were very friendly and personable. It was a great buying experience from the sales rep, manager, parts department, merchandise, maintenance servicing rep, to the purchase signing personnel that finalized our sale. Great team at Lakeland Harley Davidson.
Went to buy husband’s Christmas gift. Parts area was NOT busy. No one came to counter to help me nor did they come to ring up my purchase when I choose other items.

I actually went in to drop off my 08 Roadglide. Service guy took care of me moved me up so they could inspect my starter issue. Called me back the next day with the problem bad starter. They also did an inspection on the brakes and found bad master cylinder. And front brakes need the fluid replaced. Most of the work is under extended warranty plan. I just completed the Learn 2 Ride basic riders course provided through the Dealership. I went in with 0 motorcycle skills having only rode on bicycles and a moped that didn’t require shifting. Hilda and David Hewitt were fantastic instructors. They were very patient and so incredibly knowledgeable. I highly recommend the Learn 2 Ride course through this dealership.

Extremely happy with the Customer Service at Lakeland Harley Davison. We have a closer HD store but we found the perfect deal in Lakeland. The whole process was painless and the staff was extremely amazing. Even when we are almost two hours apart we definitely will continue doing business in Lakeland. Our salesman Daryl is very knowledgeable and Mark Wilson was extremely helpful. Thanks again for the awesome experience.
