The rep, Ben Healy, always responded to my questions and concerns quickly and satisfactorily. Roofers were very concerned over my safety and informed me of current conditions on the ground during the construction process. I would recommend them to anyone.
They provided excellent customer service and provided reasonable pricing. Their communication was first rate. From the owner to the installers, this is a first rate company. I highly recommend their services.
We had a skylight leaking but turns out our whole roof really needed to be replaced. Very professional, showed us the damage and pictures to help explain why we needed to replace our roof. No pressure while we made our decision. Work was done in a timely manner and all of the crew was very polite. We were very happy with quality of the work! Long distance contract, but Charlie kept me well informed of the project. Completed in a day and the new roof looks great! Worked around my schedule and cleaned up after they were done. Pricing was competitive. I used Lakeland from a referral, but also checked reviews and they were very highly rated and their BBB was spotless.
They did excellent job replacing my roof and will recommend their services to any one needs it.

Charlie was very easy to work with. His team came in and worked non stop to put on new roof. After they finished they really cleaned up and left yard cleaner than before they started. If you need roof work this is the Company to use.
What a great company! They responded to our need of a new roof late in the year after another company failed to show up. The crew was courteous and cleaned up every night before leaving for the day. They worked on the weekend to finish the job. We are unable to actually see the roof because it is a 3 story home but a neighbor contributed her comment of how pretty it looks and what a perfect job they had done. All we can say is THANK YOU. We would recommend Charlie to anyone.
