Clean & healthy atmosphere, also crime free area
Yolanda and Coco were very coordinated and precise when it came to our move everything was straight forward, fastest move I've ever done thanks to team. They were friendly and hospitable. On top of that the community is nice.

First and foremost I just want to shout out Miss Yolanda and Miss Coco. The Leasing agent and the manager. They are responsive, quick, and always kind. They both go above and beyond to make sure that we are safe and that we have everything we need. They both are amazing women. Any time I call, have an issue, or just need something in general, they go ABOVE AND BEYOND. My family appreciates you ladies. Tremendously. Thank you for always helping. You ladies deserve a big raise.
As a resident,I recommend the lakehouse apartment, Yolanda and coco are excellents manager, very attentive and quick to provide service when I need to repair something, they are very attentive and very friendly.
