First of all I want to express how disappointed overall I was dealing with an inland empire professional MGMT company. When we left the worker forgot to return my DL and I've asked to be overnighted since I do not want to drive without it. Days later she stated she was very busy but will put in in mail. A week later is nowhere to be found. When I've submitted my paystubs along with a pin to access the encrypted files they stated that my passcode is wrong. And I need to print my stubs fax it mail it whatever I need to do sinc... read more

As a resident, I highly recommend the LakeHouse Apartments. The apartments are well kept, clean and quiet. The staff members Yolanda and CoCo are professional, knowledgeable and courteous.They have gone above and beyond in helping me navigate the rental process. LakeHouse Apartments is a great place to live!
I have lived here at Lakehouse apartments for a few years now. When I originally was looking for a home I was referred to Coco the head manager of the complex. She is professional, caring, quick to reply and treats you with utmost priority. Also want to say that Sal our head maintenance technician has always gone above and beyond to resolve our maintenance issues. He is kind, compassionate, thorough and reassuring. Sometimes as humans the only time we post something it is negative. Today as I get ready to renew my lease agreement, I'd like to say "Thank you" to the excellent staff of the Lakehouse Apartments.
