OMG we moved in October and we love it here is very beautiful and the staff is very nice !!! We love the way they maintaine the apartments so clean and when you call with any issues they are always resolve immediately !!! Lucy Ochoa Perez one very ,very ,very happy tenant !!!
Service calls are handled ASAP! Great Atmosphere and Surrounding Neighbors Too!
I'm very pleased with Lakehaven. Although we don't plan to stay forever, I can't imagine moving into another apartment complex before buying our forever home. Everyone has been very helpful and repairs are prompt. Not only that, our neighbors are nice and respectful of others. As long time apartment dwellers, I have never had a better experience.
My family and I moved in here may 1 the staff are very friendly and the maintenance people get the jobs done quickly when there are problems.I'm very pleased.The only thing I can see that needs improvement is the people that live here and walk their dogs in the dog areas and let their dogs do there business some of them just walk away and leave it even when the bags and waste basket is right there. Very unfair to us that need to walk our dogs as well and to be stepping into dog feces is not fair to us that pickup after our d... read more
I've been here for six years now and we love it here. The office and maintenance staff are really nice. I would definitely recommend lake haven to friends and family.
Good sized apartment for the money. Never had any major issues. Any problems we've come across have been remedied quickly. Only downside is baseboard heat/ wall ac but upgraded kitchen and bathrooms are a nice trade off.
