RecommendedLakehaven Apartments are a wonderful place to live. The apartment is very spacious, well maintained and the staff is awesome. I run the path almost daily and always feel safe in the neighborhood. The staff at Lakehaven go out of their way to make it feel like a “neighborhood” not just an apartment. Great place to live. Service calls are handled ASAP as well. It’s a cozy place with a great view to call home for sure.

The staffs are wonderful in a wonderful environment . Their managers are smart and classic. Loving and respectful. I think I love them all.
The apartments are very cozy and homey. The area is very nice and the local schools, library, and parks are awesome. Not to mention the office people are so nice and the maintenance team is one of the best that I have ever experienced. Deer Glen Appartments office and maintenance team in Bloomingdale who don't even come close the niceness and efficiency of Lake Havens in Carol Stream could take a note out of Lake Haven's pages.
