My husband and I have only been in our home for two weeks. The building process went extremely well and quickly. There was a major problem at one point toward the end, but Robert Knutsson handled it very appropriately to which the end result was exactly as we had planned. DO NOT BUY!! This is our home in Morrow (Valley View) that is less than two years old and a vent in our ceiling has been leaking for the past week and Dr Horton will NOT take ownership for it. They are saying it’s HVAC related and it’s not under warranty. We have had HVAC out here TWICE now, and they have both said this falls on Dr Horton for not insulating correctly. They do not take pride in their work. Now I have to worry about or ceiling caving in and mold growth. NOT worth your money.
