I love staff and the Dr.'s are very compassionate and great with my Rocky.
I needed health certificates for my cat and puppy in order to fly to Puerto Rico with my husband who is on military orders. Due to the hurricane, nobody could get us in. Lake Vet was so accommodating and made time for us even when they were only being run by generators. They made this process so easy for us and made sure our animals were ready for their trip with us. I will never use another vet besides Lake Vet when I am in the central Florida area. Forever thankful for the team here! ��
The staff and the Vets are always friendly & professional and you can tell they really care by not only the way treat my fur babies but by the way they treat me too.
The wait is long but well worth it! I can't imagine what it would have cost to have my cat treated for his injury at another vet. Great people, great care!
I have been going there for years..i like it..very good doctors and most of the staff are friendly.wait time sucks tho..but worth the wait also considering there prices are fair.But i have noticed that the waiting areas are not as clean as they used to be lately But i guess with how busy they always are.That is to be exspected..
