I had to put my 17 year old dog to rest yesterday� I had went to an emergency vet the night before who did not give me any direction on what to do with her. Dr. Weber made me feel better about letting her go and made the process easy even though it still tore me up. I highly recommend them, worth the wait.
They helped me though a very rough time. I took my 16 year old emotional support cat that I had for 15 years up there this morning. She was in bad condition and was getting worse. They took her blood and told me that no matter what she realistically had no chance of making it. I had to make the hardest decision of life today. They brought me a towel to wrap her in and they gave me all the time I needed before to say my good byes. Nothing special. They took good care of my pet. Very slow checking people in. Unlocked the door 10 minutes late, which was a red flag for me. I appreciate their expertise but was not blown away by the customer service (you know, the people who pay them).
Techs are attentive, efficient and thorough. If you don’t want to wait, then get here early. It’s frost come / first serve and they can get very busy. So plan accordingly. I have cats that have always been scared of vets but on more than one occasion with every one of them, during the examination they have been calm and collected. That says a lot. I love Lake Veterinarian I've take all three of my dog's there if I have any type of problems with my animal they're there to help me and I just want to say thank you to every. Each and every doctor and worker there for helping my Sophie Mae thank you and God bless
This is the second time they have refused to do anything for my cat while he is suffering. To even get in you have to take a whole day off work and then they refuse to treat your animals Ill never go back and you shouldnt either they don't care about animals or least not cats. They will treat a giant agressive dog but won't go near a small hissing cat.
Wonderful pet care, but as everyone notes, be prepared to wait for up to two hours. And people please, try and keep your dogs from barking. This is a large open office and the echos are awful when the dogs bark. You won't go wrong going to this fine clinic. The vets here care, that so important.
