RecommendedEveryone was very nice and professional. We were also seen, diagnosed, and released in a reasonable amount of time, that too means a great deal when you are not feeling well.
this location is crap. Takes hours to be seen. Yesterday I went in coughing, sneezing, ears popping, sore throat, etc mr Martinez sends me home telling me nothing is wrong it is viral go take some over the counter medicine refuse to test me for strep etc. I knew something was wrong so I went to my primary doctor this morning and I have a double ear infection and positive for strep throat. I hope he enjoys my insurance money. Sad
When a patient walks in who is sick at 7:45 and you close at 8 pm so the nurse makes a comment “you do realize that we close at 8?!” Wow! Is this a healthcare facility or McDonalds. Like a sick patient can decide when to get sick. That’s so unprofessional and extremely rude! You do realize that if you didn’t have patients that you wouldn’t have a job? Totally unacceptable!

you come here for simple illness and you have to wait 2 plus hours to be seen. ridiculous...
I have a toddler and twice I’ve tried to take advantage of the “check in online” feature just to be told by reception that it doesn’t matter. You will still get added to the end of the queue. Why advertise this feature so heavily?
Horrible the wait is crazy I’m freaking pissed off to no end
