Verified Renter As a 10 year resident, obviously I am pleased with this community. In those 10 years all additions and improvements have added to my quality of life. This community has everything a person could want close at hand. I will be 80 years old next month and have never been happier, thanks to Upper East Side living. This is definitely not a retirement community and everyone blends well.

Verified Renter Northbridge is a very good place to live in, the apartments are comfy and spacious. There are tons of amenities within The Village and the place is close to downtown.
Verified Renter It is an elegant yet warm and friendly community. I love the fact it includes all age groups and they can mix together at community events or in the Cafe, especially on Saturday mornings. I appreciate that just across the street we have the trail round the little lakes for pleasant walks. The library is right next door, and a shopping center with Target a block’s walk away. Perfect!
Verified Renter Cool environment, secure area, bad management, expensive flats, for some reason you do not even get a single parking spot unless you pay. Free parking is there, but limited. You cannot see the apartments upfront. It is like making application for a mystery box. Huge differences between “model unit they show you” and unit you get in the end.
Verified Renter I moved here for the gym, and neighborhood kinda community feel. Gym is fantastic, and can’t ask more of an apartment complex gym. Park is great, and access to a dog park as well is cool.

Verified Renter This is an average place to live. Apartments are spacious and in decent shape. Maintenance is exceptional. Amenities are pretty good, but dangerous to access on foot. The rent increases have been painful for many residents.
Verified Renter I am going into my fourth year living at Northbridge, and there is a reason for that! It feels like home, and I get such high value for what I pay. In addition to this, the amenities are unparalleled, and I enjoy having a more relaxed neighborhood feel but still being close to all the fun Dallas has to offer.
