Not a Safe Environment Been a resident since 2021. I hear gunshots going off in the neighborhood every week, there are constantly cars parked in the lot playing loud music after quite hours (which the property doesn't enforce). Raccoons on the property drag garbage all over, several Coyote's have been spotted killing house cats and the ducks that live on the property. Awful Management They require a 1 year lease when you move in but after it's up they go month to month so they can raise their rent. They advertise tennis courts, pools and workout room but the facilities are old and run down (like taking a time warp to the 80's). The hallways smell like mildew and are never cleaned, lighting goes out in common areas and will take them months to replace a simple light bulb. Quiet place to call home Both management and maintenance are especially kind and caring. Always willing to go the extra mile to help with and problems that come with renting an apartment. Check them out today you will be surprised.

Infested Roach infested, management is new they are working on cleaning things up but it’s going to take them a long time and a lot of work. If you have the patience and need this type of affordability then I guess it won’t hurt.
Quite and good management Since the new owners a few years ago, it has become a great property. I feel very safe.
Don’t Rent Here Not a good place to live, mgmt isn’t good (BLVD RESIDENTIAL) look up the company and you’ll get a good idea of how they manage their properties. The Teal Apt are old, dirty, slight roach problems and the response time to issues is slow might i add.
2017-2024 Everything I've needed and helpful staff. I suppose there have been issues with the laundry machines but they've been fixed.
Verified Renter Northbridge and the village provides a beautiful, well maintained, with good security at a reasonable price. All access to the Dallas area is convent with shopping virtually next door.
