Since I did not see the dentist, I can not comment completely.
There were 3 patients prior to the 0800 appt in the waiting area and no receptionist at the desk. It was a few minutes, not longer than 10, and I was probably 5 minutes early. Patricia greeted me in her usual friendly way. I think it is really important to have a greeter at the desk however! I had X-rays taken, but Dr Tom did not show them to me or discuss except to say no problems, continue whatever you are doing. The staff was excellent. Friendly and made me feel so at ease.

I really liked the hygienist - Liz. It was a very pleasant experience.
Liz did my cleaning and she was very good, as usual. She was gentle and explained what I needed to know for home care. Dr. Tamara came in to check a tooth, and she is always pleasant and informative. Good visit, especially considering I am not comfortable in dental offices!

Overall a great experience, the staff was very positive and happy--feel very relaxed at the dentist.
