I just have to say your customer service is top notch. My husband is having a procedure that will prevent him from going to the gym for at least 6 months. I called to see if I could possibly get him taken off and get child care put in place instead since my contract is not quite up. Todd was so polite and accommodating and it made me feel so relieved that I'll still be able to go to the gym and have my son come (since the hubby won't be able to pick him up for 6 months).
