I like our local gym. Clean, friendly, and always easy to get a treadmill or machine. Only thing that would make it better is probably a pool but there isn't room for one there. . .I love that it doesn't smell like sweat like I remember Team Fitness smelling every time I went upstairs. Temperature is nice. I used to appreciate the towels here but they started charging extra to use them and they started over bleaching them (I've got a sensitive nose though so most might not notice) . .I'd also appreciate the Machines that had... read more
Love this gym. Lots of equipment and staff is great.
I was never much of a gym person and joining one seemed a bit terrifying. But once inside the doors of LSAC and meeting Todd an his staff, who BTW are terrific. I knew I'd found my gym away from home. For anyone looking for a friendly well equipped gym which also offer several different types of workout classes, look no further. You've just found it. LSAC. Love it!
I enjoy it. It's to the point. The organization of weights and equipment could be a bit better but it is what it is. I will take it.
I love working out here! They many options for machines and offer classes. Staff is always friendly and childcare is awesome!
