RecommendedWas Able to see my dog on a slightly emergency visit on a Sunday. The vet on duty even cut his lunch short so we wouldnt be waiting. Thanks so much!!
Took my puppy in to be spayed. I can't believe how wonderful they treated her. Not only did they do excellent work on her, they were so attentive even when she wasn't in treatment. I was worried about some issues but she is so doing great and much faster than I expected. Wish my other pets vets were this good.
We had to make a very hard decision for our 17 yr old sick kitty Jake. Our vet we used for years did not offer in home euthanasia. Dr. Stiehl and Cheri came to our home and helped our family through a very difficult time. They showed so much warmth and compassion for our little guy and all of us. I highly recommend them.
They refused to see my dog because I can not afford to pay $125 for their emergency appointment fee even though I already had an appointment for one of my other animals at the time. I will never go back there again.
We LOVE it here ❤️ our dog Bowser is getting taken care of and promptly! All the staff are SO warm and loving and super friendly! We won’t ever be leaving here !
From the support staff to the Doctors, EVERYONE in this office is friendly, helpful, and most importantly patient with my excited Husky. When my pup went in for a simple spaying there were some minor complications ... the Doctors and staff kept me informed throughout the entire procedure explaining everything and answering all of my questions. I am so thankful I found this doctor’s office for my fur-baby. They are wonderful. They care :-)
I researched.many places in the Pasadena area & felt this vet was smaller & probably would take good care of my cat. They did an excellent job & finding out about her ear infection. they also offer there own plan that is reasonable every mo & covers so much. I highly recommend this vet!!
LOVE THIS PLACE. After having a bad experience at another vet office, I came into Lakeshore looking for people who were able to handle and understand my extremely hyper boxer. Not only are they able to handle him, they seem to really like him for his quirky and hyper personality. I’ve never been to an office that hasn’t continuously recommended sedation for MINOR things. Never have had to do that here. I don’t think I’ll ever go to anyone other than Dr. Ashley or Dr. Anderson. THANK YOU LAKESHORE!!!!
