Recommendedi have a praise for Lake Shore Animal Hospital. Our Roxy woke up today with a ruptured cyst. Her regular vet’s office (of almost 10 years) stated they couldn’t see her until next weds even though this was an emergency...WHAT?🤬 We were able to get her in immediately with Lake Shore and thankfully/hopefully her condition is treatable. We have an angry infection but with the prescription and cleanser provided by the vet, Roxy should see improvement and we will reevaluate in a week 🙏🐶❤️
I literally cannot get over how nice they are. They treated Josie so well and communicated with me so I understood everything that was going on in there. I switched to them because my other vet was overcharging and basically taking all my money. They also weren’t very nice about it. When lake shore gave me the total I was in shock with how low it was compared to what I was paying at the other vet. Josie and I found our new vet and will be bringing her other furry friends here when need be. She’s so happy

Absolutely love this place. Everyone who works here are professional and very helpful. My French Bulldog has IVDD and I probably call or email 2-4 emails and they are always so helpful and never seem frustrated about my constant calling. They have always taken care of my pups and cats.

The staff and Veterinarian were absolutely amazing and especially when it was needed the most. we were seen with care, compassion, professionalism. the office and facility was clean, and welcoming and the staff at the front and on the phone were so great.. thank you for today, we have found our new furever vet ❤

My dog Koby had to be put down last week. He had severe arthritis and was getting worse daily. He hadn’t gone upstairs for about 9 months and last week tried. He fell down 4 stairs and dislocated his good hip. Immediately, his vet got me in and helped me through the process. They were so understanding and helpful during this time. Eventually, once I’m ready to get another dog, we will be back at Lake Shore without a doubt.
Even though we are going we are going through a pandemic, they got our ferret in the same day I called. All the staff was super friendly and professional. They will now be the only ones who see our Max!! Highly recommend!
