I'm a little biased and Lake Shore is an outstanding pet hospital. The hospital is clean an comfortable, the staff is friendly and professional, and the service they provide is outstanding.
I have a dog with an extreme fear of vets. Dr. Ashley took extra time to gain her trust, and make her first visit as un-vetlike as possible. She actually gets excited to see the techs, and I trust them implicitly with her care. Dr. Ashley is a vet that cares about his patients and owners wishes. So much so, that he took the time to learn about doing Ovary Sparing Spays at my request, and is one of the few vets in the area that will now perform it. The compassion, making each individual feel special and attention to detail is beyond amazing! During a check up appointment from my dogs ACL surgery, a family was about to say good-bye to their dog. At the front desk, the team put out a sign and a candle of remembrance, stating to please have quiet & respect for a family that was going through a hard time in one of the rooms.
