Dr. Lam is a professional, he treated me and my wife very well. I enjoyed my visit here very much. My wife hates the dentists, but Dr. Lam made her feel very comfortable with the whole situation. I was treated very well by them them and you will be too.
Dr. Hong is an excellent dentist!
Who likes to go to the dentist... Well, Dr Hong makes my dental appointments a pleasant experience every time. I've had to have extensive work done but Dr Hong is always great in his explanations and suggestions for treatment. I recommend Dr Hong and his team whenever I get a chance. I feel very lucky that I have access to quality dental care here in Pasadena.
Dr. Hong is very personable, nice, informative and is easy to get along with. I respect his expertise and my family and I are very happy to be patients in his practice.
I can't imagine going to a different dentist
Horrible! He ruptured my blood vessel while performing local anesthetic and never explained what happened. When I came back in a few days with huge bruise all over my face and asked him why he couldn't explain to me what happened he said he didn't know. Such a lie- it was a text book example. Also according his treatment plan I need it a lot of dental work and my new dentist denied it- I don't need it. Unprofessional and rude doctor who cares only about money.
Dr Hong is an excellent dentist! I felt like he really had my best interest in mind, and he made sure I understood and agreed with the plan before starting anything.
The service and treatment are wonderful. I would trust this kind man with anything. I never had a dentist's office that did such a nice job welcoming a new patient. They should me exactly what it would cost for my specific treatment regimen at the end of my exam! And the treatment I got subsequently was top notch -- good work and painless. His staff spent plenty of time with me; I did not feel rushed.
