Dr. Hong and his staff have been an absolute treasure. I have been going here since moving to the area about five years ago and they have been a blessing. For something that can cause such anxiety, they have really been willing to put me at ease with a gentle touch.
I really enjoyed my service here and I would recommend Lake Shore to all of my friends.
Fit me in fast. It was easy and painless. Friendly staff, easy to talk to. It does not smell like a dentist office which I like.
Dr. Hong removed my silver fillings without my permission replacing them with the off white color. But there was absolutely no reason to do so; my teeth were just fine. I ended up having to get a root canal bc of it. When I told a co-worker, he said the same thing happened to him with Dr. Hong. Also, my 9-year old had her teeth cleaned for the first time by a hygenist who was rough and harsh, basically telling my child to suck it up. We switched dental offices, and she loves her new hygenist!
Always a non stress experience and no waiting time.
Dr. Hong always makes time to know you. He greats all my family by name, wife and 4 children. The care and treatment is professional and friendly. The service and results of his work are outstanding. I recommend Dr. Hong to all my friends.
