Got my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT back today and Wow! She looks beautiful! Mirror image in the shine! Took her in Tuesday got it back Friday! Told them they could take their time it was no rush. Which she needed that time. Had tree sap, overspray, swirls, paint defects, and all kinds of grit and grime on her. Got the full detail in and out, engine bay, paint corrections, clay barred, buff, wax, the full works. Then got the ceramic coating sealer to protect it and make it shine even further. Amazing service!! I am a first time car owner, and after a month of owning my car a glass chocolate milk container shattered leaking chocolate milk and glass in my trunk and into my spare tire compartment. Phil and team were amazing! They squeezed me in on short notice and stayed late to help me. They did me an huge favor and completely saved the day! Would 100% recommend!!

owner is a jerk... I stopped in because I saw a boat in the parking lot I was interested in.. it ended up being a private owner dropping off the boat to get detailed and the owner asked me if he could help me while I was engaged in a conversation with the boat owner. I looked at him and asked who are you, he answered with no who are you I said I stopped to look around and he proceeded to be a jerk saying that he has the right to know who I am because I am on his property and he has over a million dollars in inventory... like... read more

I am above and beyond impressed by the level of service I received from Lakeshore Executive Detailing today. Not only were they able to take my car in for a full interior detail on the spot, they got it done in about 3 hours! My car actually looks newer than the day I bought it. Not only that, but having my baby in tow, they were able to accommodate me with a ride to and from the nearby Michigan city downtown area where we were able to go kill some time while being as friendly and helpful as anyone could be. I purchased a truck and a boat from Phil. The truck is a 2005 and the boat is a 1998. I was amazed at the way they reconditioned the boat and the truck. Phil has many years of experience in the automotive field and Judy and I want to thank him and Sandy for all they did in making us so happy with our purchase. I give 5 stars to LED. LLC

Took car in to get cleaned because we wanted to sell it. Got pressured to let them sell and then charged $375 to clean the car and take a stain out of backseat. Last time we go back here......

⭐Never never work here unless you want hard to cash checks and a boss that downgrades you daily, curses at you hollers st you all the time,and works you 6day's a week and only pays you for 5. And if you say something about your check not being able to cash you might get sent home early and told the next day that you can keep your job if you take a two dollar pay cut. And he will try and not pay you your hourly or your overtime after you leave, it's been over two weeks and he still owes me once again NEVER EVER WORK HERE

The owner is a real A-hole....thinks he knows everything, interrupts you when trying to talk every time, treats his employees like garbage, turn over is every week, cant keep anyone because he is such an idiot. Brags about how he is using his girlfriend Sandy and cheating on her. SCUMBAG ALERT!!!
