I’am upset! Look carefully at the terms of the contract, there are so many hidden fees and details that were not explained to us at first even though we asked, especially if you will be moving before the contract is up. I'm upset! I do not recommend to anyone!

Starts out great... but Lakeshore is great at first. They really seem to care about your happiness and convenience. However, the longer I lived there, the worse it got. Once they have your money, they don’t really care anymore. The girls in the office were always nice, however the actual property manager herself was sometimes rude and unprofessional. We used the online system to apply and pay for a short term apartment. It accepted the reservation yet we were called and they let us know that it was not available. However, we were offered longer term leases which we did not need as our house was nearly finished being built. We requested a refund since they could not provide what the website offered. They said they would mail a check instead of crediting our card back. We did receive a check eventually but it was not for the entire amount. It seems odd that we would have t... read more

I love living here . Front office staff is great and maintenance is great . It’s pretty and quiet . Convenient location .

No communication If I didn't feel stuck here, I would have left a long time ago. TLC properties are a joke. They have the poorest customer service I have ever experienced while renting. I saw over 20 staff turnovers in the first 3 years I lived here. I still see a new face every time I walk in the office. There appears to be little or no communication between the staff or staff and residents. Maintenance fixes either take forever or just doesn't happen. Once again there is no pool opened on Memorial Day weekend. They advertise 2 pools as an amenity but they are both not usable this weekend. My rent it higher than other apartments of the same size becuase of the pool side location. I talked to them last year & even called the Inifinity main office. I can get a lot more apartment for a lot less money elsewhere.
