If they give and estimate, they will stand behind that estimate. That says a lot compared to other repair shops. I spread the word about Lake Ridge Auto Care every opportunity I have!!

I have been taking my vehicle to this shop for 8 years and they have always treated me well. They have always been honest and to the point even telling me when not to fix one of my cars but to get rid of it.
Very pleased with the work – I chose Lake Ridge Auto to work on my Toyota Highlander because they told me over the phone they could fix my problem and not to worry. I was worried that the technicians would not know much about my vehicle, but it turned out the technician used to work at a Toyota Dealership. Completed in about 10 minutes! – Had to wait a little while in line to get a state inspection, but once the car was taken in, it was completed in about 10 minutes!
Visit went well. Technician took his time and correctly diagnosed what was wrong with my car. I can't speak about the the repair price because I chose not to do the repairs as a result of age of the vehicle. Lake Ridge Auto has assisted me in maintaining my car since I moved into the area in 2005. I enjoy their shuttle service and for the most part, they are efficient & thorough. Great and quick service – I got great and quick service recently. I stopped in asking for a battery check as I could barely get the car started. My check-in at the counter was fast since I have used this shop previously and my information was in their system. I was in and out of there in less than 45 minutes good to go. Love the convenience and hours that this shop has to offer.
Lake Ridge Auto Care will find problems that do not exist! – This place is the worst auto repair shop that I've ever visited. They will try and sell you unnecessary service and parts by either lying or blatant incompetence. Take your pick. I EVEN GAVE THEM TWO CHANCES, and they screwed both up.
