I have been to Lake Ridge Auto Care several times now and EVERYTIME the staff is super friendly and helpful! Their prices are reasonable and the technicians provide reliable service. I wish more business offered this kind of customer service!
Once again I was no disappointed with the level of service I received. I had a 7am appointment, was taken on time. I was advised of items that needed attention for my next service and was provided an estimate on the work that was suggested.
You all were efficient in taking care of my car troubles on Monday. It was towed to the shop on Sunday evening and I had it back by dinner time on Monday. It's running great.
It is not easy finding a service center who has the ability to work on BMWs. I have been taking my American made cars to Lake Ridge Auto sicne they first opened. I now take my BMW 550 without any worries. They have always treated me right.
I've used LR Auto almost since they opened the doors but recently they amazed even me with their patience and professionalism caring for a car that may not represent by "best-ever" car-buying decision.

closest place to get emissions testing. They took my car and i waited in a clean comfortable waiting room. The price was reasonable and the service friendly . It a few minutes i was off again!
