I want to say thank you to the owner or the person that responded to me in a very professional very very very very very professional life. The last time I was there was quite a few years ago and that was the case when I was there, everywhere I tried to stand and fish they told me that you could not do that. They would try to tell me where I could go, but when I was walking obviously there wasn't a place that I could go, and so that was where my review came from.. past experience! This is a wonderful place and it's a great place to fish. They've got really knowledgeable staff! But don't plan on coming here and fishing from the bank! Maybe 1/16 of the bank is able to be fixed, you won't find that 1/16th either So basically when you come here you're going to have to rent a boat. If you'll come after 5:00 I think the kayaks are like $15 for 2 hours but you're going to be in a kayak and you're going to have all your gear thinking you're going to get the fish on the bank and enjoy just sitting under a shad... read more
Excellent experience with family and dogs people fishing the spectacular weather apart has Kayac for rental very well organized and clean
We rented a pontoon boat for 3 hours today to take the grandkids out before school starts tomorrow. Absolutely a great day! We didn’t catch many fish which was to be expected since this was our first trip to the place but it was still a fun day in a beautiful outdoor environment. EVERY staff person was kind and helpful. As we drove off, one grandchild said, I can’t wait to come back here!
