Best customer service and overall experience with this apartment complex. Analyse and Christal plus the staff are amazing. These apartments are so beautiful and well maintained. If you’re looking for an apartment home, stop by and take a tour, they are so helpful and care about your needs.
Been living here for just about 2 months now, everything has been great! The office staff are wonderful and very kind, and I've had no issues with my apartment at all. I chose a 1 bedroom with a lake front view which is the best part of the apartment and makes for some nice evenings watching the sunset... while it is a little dated and doesn't come with in-unit washer/dryer, it is very spacious and has had not one issue! I look forward to extending my lease here at Lake Pointe.
