Living here has been nothing but positive, I would recommend this place to anyone! The location, quality and cleanliness at the price point cannot be beat! The ladies in the office are great and always provide the best service possible. I just recently renewed my lease and I was concerned my rent would increase with the rising cost of living - It only increased 10$, I didn't have to think about signing my lease again! I've had 2 maintenance requests so far and they were serviced same day! Beautiful place for the price!
I helped a friend move out of this complex on August 9. The apartment would not cool no matter where the thermostat was set. We stopped before we could finish cleaning the unit because of the heat. Her final bill, dated August 18, 2026, claims $3,539.50. That includes $230 in cleaning charges for work the temperature in that apartment stopped us from finishing, a $1,686.40 reletting fee, and $551.64 to replace carpet after a 31-month tenancy. I've read the statement. Decide for yourself.
