Sandra that helped me and my boyfriend get set up for our new place was super awesome ! Super sweet and encouraging just overall very nice informative and helpful . Since the very beginning she's just been super great with our process of moving in. thanks again for all the help that we needed we greatly appreciate it .
Current resident. Do not rent here. Maintenence is terrible and so is customer service. Currently have water leaking from outside pouring into my apartment for 2 days and the after hours is refusing to come out and help. Just letting the apartment flood.
This is my 3rd year here at Lake Pointe. The office staff and maintenance team here are awesome. The grounds and breezeways are well kept. Work orders are completed the same day. Adonte and Marlena put together the best resident events and my kids look forward to them. My view of the lake and golf course is amazing. I am a very happy resident and I highly recommend.
