Just had a walk-through with Sandra today, and she was AMAZING! Answered all my questions, gave me multiple options for units and pricing, and overall was a superb experience. I have this one at the top of my list just from vibes I got here alone. The communication was there too! Even when she was giving us a tour, she'd inform other potential residents about wait times, tried to help them, was documenting things around the unit to improve, etc. Super nice and amazing!
I haven't been approved yet but Sandra was so sweet to me she's such a doll. I do feel like the computer system for the application could be a little easier but I absolutely love this property
