They had cockroaches, which made the whole experience less than ideal. Everything else was very lower-middle of the road for us. A brief summary is roaches, unbearable heat, broken washing machines, trash in the hallways, constant obtrusive noise, and incompetent responses/repairs. Property manager has been fantastic and takes care of business and gets back to you to keep you up to date.
A lot of square feet for a good price. Close to the bike path and park. Close to restaurants and the highway. A quick drive to downtown. The landlord and property manager are caring and attentive! This place delivers!
It is housing and it is cheap. Squirrels live in the walls during the winter. You will suffer in extreme heat in your apartment when the first warm days hit. We didn’t have AC because they didn’t turn it on in May even though they knew apartment temperatures were reaching the upper 80s. There are also 2 washers per 12+unit floor, so doing laundry is a nightmare. Also the kitchen is tiny. It is literally a 8 cubic foot room with enough room for 1.5 people.
