RecommendedLove living here great times
I have been here at L P V for 6 years and have enjoyed every day. Apartments are keep up and any maintenance issues are addressed within 24 hours, office staff and maintenance crew are very efficient. I have never had any issues with.my apartment or staff. Would recommend this complex to family and friends, which I have, and 2 friends have moved here.

This is the nicest community I have lived in in 20 years; the management and maintenance are very efficient
Moving in was wonderful. Living there for a little over five years was mostly uneventful. Moving out on the other hand has been a nightmare!! I do not recommend this apartment complex at all.
It's very unfortunate that some people try to take advantage of others. The management at Lake Pleasant Village is horrible at returning calls and dealing with issues. Should it really take 7 weeks to get a follow up?? One that my wife had to call to even get!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!
