This office is AMAZING! When you have to get oral surgery it can be so scary. Dr Waack and staff are kind, patient, caring, and very thorough! I appreciated the consultation before the actual surgery. I’ve never had a shot in my mouth done that did not hurt. I WAS SO THANKFUL at the skill of Dr Waak doing it with ZERO pain! If you need oral surgery, this is the office to go!
Dr. Waack and his staff seem to treat their patients based on how they feel about them personally. I was treated rudely and my tooth extraction left behind part of the tooth which caused me horrible pain and suffering. I had to go to a new surgeon to correct the BOTCHED SURGERY performed at Lake Pine Oral Surgery.
DON’T EVER TRUST A DOCTOR WHO WON’T LOOK YOU IN THE EYES. …as I awaken from surgery I hear “Boy he sure has a lot of problems” …I’m escorted out the door with no explanation of how the tooth extraction and bone grafting went as the nurse says with a smile “Don’t worry, your secrets are safe with us!” …6 weeks later I return in severe pain and feverish to discover part of the extracted tooth had been left behind and it was removed …3 weeks later still in pain I reach out to a new oral surgeon who finally takes a proper image ... read more
