I’ve been satisfied with my decision to live at Lake Park Apartments. The rent is reasonable given the quality of the apartments and the location. The building offers a great balance of being in a quiet, comfortable area while still being just a short distance from all the action and amenities of downtown Madison. Maintenance has also always been responsive and quick to address any issues. Overall, I’ve had a great experience living here and would definitely recommend Lake Park Apartments to others.
Maintenance has always been very quick to respond and great to work with. I love living here. It’s a quiet building with great lake views and a fun location. My only wish is that we had an on-site gym!
Definitely an expensive place, but you get what you pay for. The apartments are clean and modern, good amenities, excellent location/neighborhood, and a prompt maintenance staff. The landlord is reasonable and responsive, and my living experience has been great so far.
Great location and fair price.
Move-in process was fairly smooth! Unit was clean and building is in a great location. A couple of minor plumbing issues encountered but maintenance quickly fixed them. Reasonable communication from leasing agents, especially in regard to a new carpet installation! Tenant portal is user friendly and maintenance requests are easy to submit and they let you know when they are completed. Favorite place in Madison I’ve lived so far!
