Apartment is nice, so is location, but maintenance frequently does not fix things they say they will fix. For example, my air conditioning has not been working properly for several weeks now. I have told them the ac turns on and off spontaneously and it is frequently 70-78 degrees in my apartment overnight despite paying for central air. Maintenance has come by but it has been on 2 of the 3 times when they checked, so they have not taken my concerns seriously despite me reaching out to them that something is wrong.
