I would like to file a complaint regarding the poor service I received at the front desk of the office. The staff at the front desk were rude, showing no signs of eye contact or a smile. It seemed as though they did not value providing quality service, as if they expected not to be paid for their services. the receptionist stated she couldn't understand me and does not make any effort to clarify or ask follow-up questions. Friendly front desk. Helped my confusion with my insurance and got me a next day appointment.

Would not recommend. Incompetent front desk that turned away my 20 month old on her scheduled appointment and said the PA (we were told a Nurse Practitioner) she was scheduled with doesn't see children under 3. This is at a pediatric facility... Said the "new girl" made a mistake in scheduling our visit. This was our first, and last visit here, as we moved to Lake Orion recently and need a new primary care pediatrics physician. I cannot stress this enough, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE.
