1) LKN Neuro management needs to counsel front office worker on the importance of treating people like people, respecting patients, and discuss anger management with her as well. ....2) Dr. Conrad must offer suggestions after concluding and finishing testing. For me, he had nothing to add to his findings. 3) After exiting their office, thought why did I even go there??? A waste of money. Bottom line, you can't treat people like that!

I have never been disappointed when dealing with anyone at lake Norman Neurology everyone goes above and beyond to take care of my medical needs!
Dr Dubois has helped me I can say more than any doctor, period. After suffering with tremors for a long time, I was able to recover without any hospitalization or help from anyone else. Keep up the good work. The hour I drive to see him and his staff is worth every second.
Everyone nice and courteous. Had no waiting time. Dr. Conrad asked question’ s and explained everything.
Dr Jeffery has been treating my MS since 1995 (diagnosed 1990 by someone else) He is an amazing MS specialist. His nurse (Jessica) is amazing, very knowledgeable and helpful as well. Highly recommend!
