I recently purchased a used BMW motorcycle from them. I am out of state and had a few questions so I called and Roxanne answered all of my questions quickly and professionally. The guys in the service department went over the bike for me before pick up and made sure it was good to go. When I got there all of the staff was excellent to deal with and very polite. I had a fantastic experience at Lake Norman Cycle Works in Sherrills Ford, NC. From the moment I walked in, Roxanne was welcoming, helpful, and professional. David and Joe were also great to work with — the whole team makes you feel comfortable and taken care of. The real standout for me was Manny, the mechanic.
