Me and my fiance came to look at a boat this place was consigning. They seemed very nice at first, then refused to send our very reasonable offer to the seller of the boat multiple times and then ghosted us. Called the business and was hung up on. Absolutely horrible experience. Wouldn’t do business here if they were the last place on earth personally.
Outstanding shop, I love the array of bikes that come through here and the team are so genuine & helpful. Manny went above and beyond to ensure I found what I wanted to buy, even though it wasn't something they had in stock and I purchased it elsewhere. I will definitely come here first when ready to buy tires or have mods added, and when I'm ready to get my second motorcycle. The customer experience is so different from a large dealer. I bought a used 2015 Honda CBR600RR from these folks back in 2020. The whole process was smooth, including the test ride. I felt no pressure to buy it that day and I got an amazing deal. Very few papers to sign and the fees were completely reasonable. They set up my financing and I had no issues with the bank they chose. I've put about 1000 miles on it each year, modified it to my liking, and all I've had to do is maintain it. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from here again.
