Rude attitude by a hair dyed lady. I informed ahead of time that I was late in picking up my son’s retainer but I was told that it’s okay and has to wait in the parking lot and someone will bring it to me. I waited for 30 min and I called again that if it’s not possible for me to get the retainer I’ll just come back in another time. Stop Fraudulent billing, and better customer service: My wife and I had been patients at yr practice which we utilized just for cleaning. A cleaning that our insurance covers with a co pay of $30 every 6 months which we paid at every visit. In mid 2019, we received a bill for over $500. I called on 06/21/2019 (on a recorded call), I was told billing would call me back. I noted clearly we have not done any work such as fillings or anything that would ever cost $500.
