Arrived 10 min early for my scheduled appointment with all of my paperwork already completed. Waited 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment, several other patients who came in after were called back before me, and when I brought it to the attention of the front desk, they tried to say that my appointment was actually at a different time and did not say sorry for their mistake. Did not even seem to care about losing a patient. Walked out and will not be returning.
