She was a little hard to understand but very willing to explain everything. She was very nice and personable.

Wonderfully friendly care- from the lady at the desk to the lady who cleaned my teeth, to the dentist. Caring for the discomfort I may have been in. Also, the financial help was awesome! I walk in and Rosa came out of the back, greeting me and asking if I was Janet(which I am). I filled out the paperwork paperlessly on the computer- much easier than messing with paper and pen! I was very impressed with the level of service at this office. The receptionist was amazing. I only had 1 hour parking but she offered to feed the meter when it expires and place the new ticket in my car while I was getting my service - she went above and beyond her job duties to accommodate me. Nina & Michael were flawless in their work and I am very happy with the services I received. Very welcoming, friendly and caring staff. Thank you so much for making my experience a great one!
I had a deep cleaning a few weeks ago. It went very well ... and I'm very happy with the results. My goal now it to floss and brush EVERY day to keep my mouth as nice as the good people at Lake Merritt Dental made it. :)
