The office is pleasant and clean. The staff is polite and courteous. There is no coffee on tuesdays... but plenty of tea. I have the Pola whitening and thoroughly enjoyed my experience.

I was happy happy with Lake Merritt Dental service because I was offered an appointment immediately. And the stuffs are friendly and the dentists are nice and professional and very helpful.

The Lake Merritt Dental office is one of the best dental offices I've ever visited. I've had billing issues and miscommunication issues with other offices in San Francisco, but this office has the best appointment system and communication and I've never had any billing issues. Dr. Michael Lai is one of the best dentists, period. He takes the time to let me know the overall health of my teeth, and if there was something wrong, he would explain and offer solutions in a way that wouldn't make me panic. Beautiful, clean office. Polite, professional staff. Intern explained every step was taken and the possible reaction I might have for the procedure. Teeth whiting did not make my teeth sensitive at all, still at least 3 shade whiter. Im contemplating to switch from my regular dentist.

The staff at Lake Merritt Dental are awesome. Although I've been here only twice the staff recognized and knew who I was as soon as I walked through the door. Having small talk with the staff there before seeing the doctor eased the anxiety I had as I don't really like dental appointments. Dr. Huang was great, she took her time to clean my teeth and carefully explained what I should be doing next to ensure good oral health.
Was great. Rosa was really nice too.
