Dr. Lai is the best dentist. Very profectional with a down to earth personality. My mother cracked her tooth two days prior to my appointment. I took a chance brought her with me to my appointment and sure enough Dr. Lai was nice enough to squeeze some time from his busy schedule to give her a free exam and advice. His staff is friendly and helpful. Office is clean and waiting area is welcoming. Love the hot and cold beverage station with coffee and Numi tea options.
