And later in 2018 instead of contacting me directly they sent my account to collection. I had a coverage of $1300 at that time and my total bill was $1090. My credit history is ruined and all because of this dentistry not knowing how to get the money from insurance companies. Be aware of shady business practices! You will end up in collection even though you had the full coverage.
